About the Job:
Niemanns is currently looking for strong sales representatives who can also assist with some warehouse operations duties in our Marion, IL location. If you have experience in sales, then you have the ability to be successful at Niemann’s! Huge earning potential – no salary cap, profit sharing on sales, and group retirement with match offered. Your earning is based on your effort! This position starts with a guaranteed base salary plus commission.
Job Requirements:

• An outgoing and entrepreneurial personality.
• Ability to utilize a tablet-like PC as a sales and measuring tool.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications

• An enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
• ABILITY TO ACCOMMODATE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE INCLUDING SATURDAYS.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willing to be a team player to strive for excellence, personally and company-wide.

Shift:

• 8-hour shift

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

• Saturday 9-3, closed Sunday. 

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
